Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under our Money Back Guarantee, clients must meet the following criteria:

Adhere to the program guidelines and recommendations provided by Weight Loss Medical Group, including attending all scheduled appointments, following dietary guidelines, and engaging in recommended physical activity.
Have not experienced the desired weight loss results as defined by Weight Loss Medical Group at the beginning of the program.
Money Back Guarantee Terms
Eligible clients may request a refund within 8 days after completing the entire weight loss program.
Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to Weight Loss Today Medical Group - Conroe.
The refund amount will be calculated as follows: 50% of initial appointment's cost.
Refunds will be issued within 90 business days of approval and will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Clients who have received any discounts or promotions will have the refunded amount adjusted accordingly.
Exclusions
The Money Back Guarantee does not apply under the following circumstances:
Clients who do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.
Clients who fail to follow the program guidelines and recommendations provided by Weight Loss Medical Group.
Clients who do not complete the entire duration of the weight loss program.
